We always strive to meet our customers’ needs as well as possible, including offering flexible payment options for orders. Below you’ll find the available payment terms and methods.
Payment Terms
We offer three different payment terms:
- Payment in advance
- Payment when the order is ready to ship (or to be collected) – you will receive a separate email. Recommended for large orders and/or items with lead time.
- Payment on account – available for well-known customers only.
Payment Methods
We offer the following payment methods. Please note that some payment methods may incur fees.
Online via MultiSafepay
- iDEAL – Free
- Bancontact/MisterCash – Free
- Credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) – Free
- PayPal – 3% transaction fee
- Sofort, Giropay, Belfius, EPS – Free
Bank transfer
- Prepayment via SEPA bank transfer
- On-account via SEPA bank transfer (well-known customers only)
Orders placed by phone or email will receive the payment details by email.
Payments by cheque are not accepted.
Bank Details
We prefer payments by SEPA bank transfer. All required details for bank transfers are shown on our invoices. Please note that we do not accept, share, or reimburse any bank transfer charges (non-SEPA).
